2019-2020 ACT Registration Dates and Testing Dates
To register for the ACT test, go to ACT.org
Students who qualify for free/reduced-lunch are eligible to receive one fee waiver per school year.  Students who qualify may pickup an ACT fee waiver in the main office.  Students who receive a fee waiver have access to study material available through ACT; for more information, visit https://www.act.org/content/dam/act/unsecured/documents/FeeWaiver.pdf.

ACT Prep Workshops Offered by Louisiana Tech
Click on the date of the workshop and complete the Google Doc to sign up for the course.  Please make a special note of where the workshops are offered.
 
ACT Free Practice Test
Lincoln Parish Library in Ruston
November 9th from 9 am-12 pm
Register today to take a full-length ACT practice test given under the same conditions as the actual exam.  Students must register to participate: www.princetonreview.com/products/offerings/443052
 
WorkKeys
The WorkKeys test will be administered to all juniors and seniors.  This test measures foundational skills required for success in the workplace, and helps measure the workplace skills that can affect job performance.  Successful completion of the WorkKeys core assessments can lead to earning an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)--a credential that verifies the skills found to be most essential across industries and occupations.  Tens of thousands of employers recognize and value the NCRC.  For more information, visit https://www.act.org/content/act/en/products-and-services/workkeys-for-employers/assessments.html.
LEAP2025/EOC
LEAP 2025/EOC re-takes will be offered December 2-18, 2019.  Students who need to re-take one or more of the following subjects will be tested during this timeframe:
English I
English II
English III
Algebra I
Geometry
Biology
US History
 
***For any previous J-HHS students needing to re-take an EOC/LEAP 2025 test, please contact Mrs. Bergholtz to schedule your makeup test.  Please notify her no later than November 20th, 2019.
