Saturday, October 12th-Grambling State University's High School Preview Day
High School Day is a fun-filled day created to show prospective students what it means to be part of #GRAMFAM. Students get a chance to browse academic departments, tour campus, meet current students, attend football and basketball games, and much more. Our Annual High School Day programs are held twice a year, during the Fall and Spring semesters. For more information, contact the Office of Admissions at 318-274-6182 or email highschoolday@gram.edu

Are you 17 or older? Are you available to volunteer 15 hours per week? Would you like the opportunity to earn a grant for over $1,200 that can be used towards your college education?  Complete the AmeriCorps application located on the right.

Saturday, November 4th-Browse on the Bayou
Browse on the Bayou is a specially designed campus visit day for high school juniors and seniors, as well as transfer students. Students and their family visit with faculty and current students to learn about ULM's academic degree programs and student life. Students can register now at ulm.edu/browse.

  • No experience or level of education required-can begin application process at age of 17
  • Minimum of 10 month commitment
  • Travel, lodging, healthcare provided plus childcare allowance if applicable
  • Earn bi-weekly stipend plus $6,095 to pay off educational debt or pay for future education and job training expenses
